Coffee Shop of Choice: Grand Central - pretty much every day calls for almond croissants and Cafe Vita coffee!

Favorite Places to Go: City of Seattle dog park about 100 yards behind the building. It’s even protected from the rain!

What’s in the Neighborhood: There’s a great bakery/cafe right next door, along with a small store right downstairs for basics like milk, deli items, wine & beer. The unit is also across the street from the number 70 bus, as well as a 5 minute walk from the new South Lake Union Trolley due to open in February 2008. Much better than a cab to get downtown or the University district!

What I Will Miss the Most: Having a parking spot as near as possible to the elevator, along with not having to schlep my clothes to a laundromat or shared facility to wash my undies
