		<description>In area 530, which is real estate speak for East Bellevue and a portion of Redmond near Microsoft, the percentage that of homes that sold in April when compared to how many homes were for sale was 19%.  This area actually was the highest performing area on the eastside.  However, last year at this time, 46% of the homes for sale received offers.</description>
