		<description>Yep, also a great point. Vacant homes don&#039;t do anybody any good either, though something about the &quot;bus&quot; part of it bothers me. Now, if this were a hot market, and the tour were of new listings, as you mention, Rhonda, I would feel totally different about it, if that makes sense at all. 

But hey, if you get enough of these foreclosures on one block, the bus people could call it their &quot;Street of Broken Dreams&quot; tour...</description>

		<description>Selling a foreclosed home is much better for the neighborhood than letting it sit vacant...back when I was a title rep, I helped organize a tour bus of new listings where I invited a LO to participate...I guess it&#039;s similar to that...just not as cheery.</description>
