Seller’s Comments
Coffee shop of choice: There is a drive-through Starbucks right down the road from us in Redmond!
Favorite restaurant in the area: We love being close to everything - Our home is convenient to a variety of great shopping and dining venues; Redmond Town center is just a few minutes east of us, and the Kirkland waterfront is less than 3 miles in the other direction! Hop on 405, and it’s a short drive to Bellevue Town Square or Alderwood Mall.
Favorite places to go: On the weekends, we enjoy the short drive to downtown Bellevue, for pool, bowling, and dancing in the new Lincoln Town Center. Being close to 405 and 520 also gives us quick and easy access to downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill!
Best features of the home: Location, location! This home is located near the intersection of 148th Ave NE and Redmond Way, giving tenants quick access to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, 405, and 520. Its location provides a very short commute to the Microsoft Campus. Enjoy your peaceful wooded retreat, only minutes away from work, shopping, dining, parks, and beaches!
Favorite room: Vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors give the Great Room an open, airy feeling, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in front of the fireplace. Huge picture windows bring in tons of natural light, while lush trees provide privacy and peace. The open kitchen, with it’s cheery red cabinets and glossy, black granite counters, is modern and inspiring.
Most romantic spot: The upstairs master suite is open to the Great Room below, and has its own bathroom, closet, and linen closet. Features include vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and a built-in desk area with shelves and plenty of room for a computer workstation and television.
What’s in the neighborhood: Besides providing its residents with the Eastside’s best living location, Cedar Ridge Condominiums also boasts a large swimming pool, a cozy cabana, miles of walking and biking trails, ample parking for guests, and an award-winning Homeowner’s Association
What I will miss the most: We will miss the friendly neighbors (Neighborhood Watch is an active organization!), wonderful location, an the large, open feel of this home coupled with the cozy peacefulness of the surrounding woods. It’s an oasis in the city!
