Bigger selection is better. How often is it a buyer's market in Seattle anyway? Are buyers so overwhelmed with the high inventory that they don't know what to do? There is something out there for everyone, if you know what you want. Buyers just need to relax and if serious they should know they are at a great advantage. If I wasn't a seller I would be a buyer.
