Coffee shop of choice: It’s difficult to choose with Starbucks and Diva being so close or walking down to Chocolati or Tully’s on the weekends.

Favorite restaurants in the area: Depending on my mood and cuisine I have quite a few favorites. For great Italian, Bizzarro is just around the corner and my girlfriend loves Jhan-jay vegetarian thai. We both like it and we are not even vegetarian. And of course I always love the Vindaloo at Chutney’s.

Favorite places to go: Going for a walk around Greenlake is always a fun weekend activity and then heading over to Murphy’s for a pint in the evening.

Best features of the home: The front porch is a great place to barbecue in the summer time. You can even sit back and watch the Lake Union fireworks for 4th of July.

Favorite room: The living room is a great place to sit back and relax and watch the seaplanes take off and land outside from the large windows.

Any Remodeling?: There have been a lot of updates invested including new bamboo hardwood floors, completely remodeled kitchen with dishwasher, and an updated bathroom with a full size water heater.

Most romantic spot: Spending an afternoon at Greenlake would probably top the list. Walking down to the chocolate or ice cream shops.

What’s in the neighborhood: Almost everything you could want is in the neighborhood and within walking distance. Many nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Greenlake, Woodland Park, the Zoo, and of course a grocery store. And if you can’t find it in the neighborhood there is a bus line nearby that is a short ride to downtown.

What I will miss the most: I already miss the newly remodeled kitchen. It is actually quite spacious with plenty of countertop space. And, of course, all the great stuff nearby in the neighborhood. Lots of my favorite restaurants are there.
