Coffee shop of choice: Angelina’s near the Alaska Junction. Its has a drive thru window and has the friendliest staff.

Favorite restaurants in the area: Definitely Duke’s on Alki. Love the food! Love the location! Love the Halibut Macadamia and the chowder. Also, Asumi Sushi at the Junction.

Favorite places to go: Alki Beach, Lincoln Park and my husband loves the West Seattle Golf Course.

Best features of the home: Big windows, lots of natural light. Love the backyard for summer BBQ’s. Location is great too.

Favorite room: The kitchen. The east facing wall has beautiful glass tiling that lets light shine in the morning, its stunning. Not to mention to new countertops and appliances. Perfect for anyone who likes to cook.

Most romantic spot: The overlook at the North end of California. Quiet park that overlooks the city. Perfect to watch a sunset or fireworks at Lake Union.

Any Remodeling?: Most everything. All flooring, all light fixtures, yards, painting, carpet.

What’s in the neighborhood: 5 minutes to downtown- we have everything available.

What I will miss the most: The light and the location. Plus, I’m in love with this kitchen.
