Condo Crazy in Madison Valley

Took a walk through Madison Valley yesterday (Saturday brunch at Cafe Flora? Yes, please.) and was again stricken by its quaint, small-town feel. Of course, it’s bisected by one of the city’s main arterials, Madison St., which makes it a great neighborhood for transportation, mass or otherwise. Plus, it boasts the Arboretum. What more can you ask for?

If you’re not quite set to plunk down the cash for a classic Mad Valley craftsman, then check out the area’s condos. Here’s what a few have gone for recently, fyi. Happy Valley hunting.
