This is why it is so important to have great photos and good information about a listing.  The photos are the first &quot;drive by&quot; and if they are not great, buyers eliminate the house. 

But photos are not enough, buyers need to get out to see the house in real time.  Check out how the neighbors homes look.  Are their lawns well maintained? Is the home for sale sited well on the lot?  Does the house have great street appeal when you drive by?  Does it back to a busy road? 

It&#039;s important to visually approving the house and the neighborhood, but also important to talk to the neighbors.  It&#039;s amazing what you might learn about the neighborhood.</description>
