I’d love to see the Factoria Sq Mall expansion get going. It seems to have been, “almost” started for MONTHS now.

Interesting. I wonder what this means for the rundown Safeway and QFC next door? I imagine the new store will be nice and anything above average will kick the current Factoria grocery stores out of the water.
