Coffee Shop of Choice:

I enjoy locally owned Tully’s Coffee because of the great atmosphere and free wireless Internet!

Favorite Restaurant in the Area:

Palomino just opened in Bellevue and is an exciting choice with a dynamic menu! It’s a lively spot to go to on weekends and always brings a great crowd for happy hour.

Favorite Places to Go:

I enjoy going to downtown Bellevue (only a five minute drive), which is evolving into a very lively community with lots of entertainment, restaurants, and nightlife.

Best Features of the Home:

This townhouse has a very special floor plan with all the amenities that you would expect in a full-featured house. The attached garage is large with lots of storage space, and in addition, the home has a second assigned parking spot. The master bedroom features an attached bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The home is three floors; with the 2nd and 3rd floors sharing a vaulted ceiling, giving it a unique and open feel.

Favorite Room:

The vaulted ceiling, combined with the hardwood floors, makes for an elegant living room. It’s a great place watch TV, read a book, or just lounge!

Any Remodeling Since Last Sale Price:

Remodeling? Yes! It’s almost like a new place now! We picked high-end sustainable materials when giving the townhouse a makeover. The floors will be the most noticeable feature as you walk in. The new Cherry hardwood floors cover the kitchen, dinning, and living room floors. In addition to the hardwood, granite has been installed in parts of the kitchen; both bathrooms have marble flooring replacing the previous floor; new carpet has been added on the opening stairway.

To top everything off, a fresh coat of new paint has been applied throughout the house!

Most Romantic Spot:

The most romantic area in the home is on the top floor where you can watch the sunset in the distance out of the towering windows.

What’s in the neighborhood?:

The residential neighborhood is a series of townhouses located in a complex on a private street. The cozy community has a nice sense of nature with lots of evergreen trees, shrubbery, and landscaping that is maintained on a weekly basis!

The townhouse is dead center in between Issaquah, Renton, Seattle/Mercer Island, and Kirkland. In addition it is right behind BCC (Bellevue Community College), and within footsteps of the Eastgate Park and Ride (say goodbye to those high gas costs).

What I Will Miss the Most:

I will miss a lot of things about my townhouse. Inside, one of my favorite features of the home is the living room with vaulted ceilings and large towering windows! In addition to all the great amenities inside, the location couldn’t get any better. It’s one of the best locations on the Eastside.

  • Whoa, just look at that hardwood flooring! The colors are wonderful and so is it's grain. The provider of that flooring did well with the staining. Whoever designed that house did well!
  • I love the landscaping you did there!
