Favorite Restaurant in the Area:

King Wha Chinese, Sal’s Deli (amazing sandwiches, check Yelp for reviews), Bison Creek Pizza, Huckleberry Square (amazing pies), Osteria Da Primo, Vino Bello, Vino Volo, Mick Kellly’s irish pub.  There are more.  To be honest, this area has some of the best and most authentic food I have found in Seattle.

Favorite Places to Go:

West Seattle, Burien strip, Seahurst park.

Best Features of the Home:

Are you kidding?  THE VIEW!!!  This is the million dollar view that everyone wants.  The photos do not even come close to doing it justice.  Many windows, views from almost every room.  It seriously feels like living in a resort.

Favorite Room:

Office with view.

Any Remodeling Since Last Sale Price:

No, it doesn’t need anything.  I did paint the exterior.

Most Romantic Spot:

Take a walk through the neighborhood with views galore all over the place of the sound, olympics, islands, etc.  Watch one of the amazing sunsets.  Take a walk down a trail through seahurst park down to the water and sit on a bench at water’s edge and watch the sun set from there too.

What’s in the neighborhood?:

Shorewood on the sound is a quiet residential neighborhood.  Seahurst park is walking distance with trails leading down to the water.

What I Will Miss the Most:

I will miss terribly the views and the wide open feeling.  This house feels like its on top of the world, looking out over the sound.   The open floor plan is also very special and enhances the view.
