Starbucks in Redmond Way before going for a walk in the Samammish River Trail

Favorite Restaurant in the Area:
Malay Satay on 24th, it’s an Asian fusion restaurant. The banana pancakes are to die for!

Favorite Places to Go:
Go for a walk/run in Grass Lawn Park, Bike to Sammamish River Trail or go to the Redmond Farmers Market on Saturdays. We are also close to Kirkland so we enjoy going there as well.

Best Features of the Home:
Open Floor plan gives a great flow and makes you feel right at home.  There are several atmospheres and areas for everyone to hang out. We also love our backyard with the huge tress that give plenty of shade. Inside the house, we have three skylights that give plenty of natural light, which is a must in this area! Big windows also provide lots of light and a view on to the backyard.

Has there been any remodeling since you purchased the home?:
The kitchen has been remodeled, we installed recessed lightning all over the house, we installed custom closets in all bedroom and we also added a shed in the backyard, Landscaping was improved as well.Favorite Room:
Kitchen/Family room, that’s we were spend most of our time, cooking, eating and hanging out with the family.

Most Romantic Spot:
Living room by the fire place.

What’s in the neighborhood?:
There is Grass Lawn Park, plenty of trails in Bridle Trails, very close to Redmond Town Center and Kirkland for shopping, dining out etc.

What you will miss most:
This house has been a home for us so we’ll miss its warmth, the natural light and the big backyard.
