Woodinville has Deals on Condos
Want a deal on a condo? Try Woodinville. Sale-to-list price of 6 condos there in the last two months was 93.3%, much lower than most cities in King County. Maybe weak prices are why the fancy Woodinville Village mixed-use project seems to be on hold– if you drive by regularly, you know that construction seems to have been stalled for a year.
Where you’ll have trouble is Seatac- condos there went for 101.4% of list price. Guess people like light rail and don’t mind listening to airplanes take off. If you want to find out what’s been going on with months of supply for areas around King County, check Seattle Bubble.
We refresh this data regularly for our Red Carpet Events. The next one is October 22nd (come on out and see us) and the slides from last night are here. Data on houses is below too.
