Woodridge Sidewalk Complete, Let the Roller Skating Begin!

sidewalk 2 Woodridge Sidewalk Complete, Let the Roller Skating Begin! Hooray! The sidewalk along 128th Avenue SE in the Woodridge neighborhood in Bellevue is finally done. Not more loud construction noises or distractions (although my cats will miss the action). The city did a fantastic job, and they even rebuilt the ugly/eyesore mailboxes near the intersection of 32nd and 128th.

Never would I have imagined the joy a new sidewalk brings me. As a homeowner who benefits from the new cement, I can see the value it adds to community aesthetics, which correlates to my home’s worth. No doubt the sidewalk is a direct result of the new Woodridge Elementary school that finished construction last fall. Thanks to everyone who rooted for Woodridge Elementary.

Maybe it was the new sidewalk that inspired these Woodridge homeowners to list their houses for sale this week. Like to take walks? Love a good sidewalk? Then take a look below.

Ha! I'm not sure about its permeable attributes, but seriously, it made the area more attractive and safer for children walking to school. I know... it's lame to get all gushy over a sidewalk. :)

A sidewalk... beautiful? Is it at least permeable?
