The Best Seattle Real Estate Blogs

I’ve been doing some research on Seattle real estate blogs and thought I’d compile a list of my favorites:

Top Real Estate News Blogs

Top Regional/Neighborhood Blogs
As a newbie in Seattle, it’s been fun to explore the neighborhood blogs written by local residents who create a great sense of community on the web.

Top Agent Blogs

What have I missed? What blogs do you all follow to stay on top of the Seattle real estate market?

  • I update regularly and try to keep things interesting and fresh. Let me know if it makes your list! Thanks!
  • Sara
Check out www.condoblogo.com. Great opinions and little factoids!
  • Lisa- Go Bulldogs! (We live in Cashmere ourselves and love it.) Thanks for stopping by the site.
  • Thanks for the comment Geordie! BTW, I'm a Cashmere native and have spent lots of time in Leavenworth :) I just checked out your site and it was fun to see all the homes for sale around my old stomping grounds. Thanks for reading!
  • Beacon Hill certainly is part of Southeast Seattle.

The Beacon Hill Blog has only been up since October, though it is run by the same folks who run the Beacon Hill neighborhood discussion list, which did start in 1999.

(I know because I am one of them.) ;)
  • That's a great list. It looks alot like my feed reader. I also try and keep in touch with the real estate page on King5's www.citizenrain.com as it has all the most recent posts all in one place.

Sometimes my blog about Leavenworth www.iciclecreekrealestate.com makes a Seattle list, since we are so influenced by the Seattle market, but we're two hours and a mountain range away so I don't really expect to make most "best of Seattle" lists.
  • Hey there...sorry we missed you! I gave Rainier Valley Post a shout out in the post and added it to our blogroll. Thanks for reading!

Again with the no-love for Southeast Seattle! And no, Beacon Hill does not count.

How about a link to: http://rainiervalleypost.com?
