We are within walking distance of the Sammamish Slough trail which connects with the Burke Gilman trail. You can ride your bike all the way to Golden Gardens in Seattle if you want. Also, Hartman Park for Little League or Soccer games and 60 Acres Soccer Fields are all close by. Marymoor is less than 5 minutes (or you can take the trail!) for family fun and the 40-acre off-leash dog park!

Lots of sunlight in the living room and kitchen, a great deck for picnics and plenty of yard space. Our cul-de-sac is kid friendly with lots of neighborhood activity!

Favorite Room:
Living room…lots of sunlight and great for quiet reading or watching the “Big game.” The media room is a great space for the kids playing “Rockband” or watching a movie.
