There are three levels. The bottom level has a bunch of rooms and even its own full kitchen. You could rent it out as a two or three bedroom place! The main floor has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room. And the top floor has two bedrooms, two storage rooms and the master bed has a huge walk in closet. Also, the street parking rules recently changed to zone parking which is a good for residents of the area. Redfin agent, Chelsea, and I are hosting this open house today and I wanted to add that this place looks small from the outside but it is huge!
