Seattle Open Houses Double This Weekend!
This weekend, agents around the state have banded together to host thousands of open houses. The MLS numbers don’t lie: Redfin data man Arthur Patterson queried the Northwest MLS and found that the number of Seattle-area open houses jumped from 1,001 last weekend to 1,930 this weekend — nearly a 50% increase!
This is great news if you’re looking to buy because you’ll have the chance to see even more homes. Here are some tips on what to look for as you’re out and about.
