First it says.. "Month to Month: Up 2.6% (seasonally adjusted)" Then goes on to contradict the numbers by saying... "Only Cleveland, Las Vegas, Charlotte, and Seattle marked seasonally-adjusted drops month-to-month." Also, the "Change from Peak" figure of "Down 41.5% in 38 months" seems way off for Seattle. The correct SP/CS number is closer to 15% I believe. Your numbers for Seattle seem all confused. First it says..
