		<description>I still think buying a TIC interest in a building that has more than four units is risky, especially one where all the tenants were Ellised out (as I believe this one was). You might *never* be able to turn it into condos, or rent it out. It should be priced as a co-op -- i.e., a good $150K lower per unit.
