Fremont: Back On the Market

This 4 bdrm/2 baths house at 41090 Rosewalk Ct. was sold to someone but the deal fell through. So it is back on the market priced down from $1,349,800 to $1,299,888.

This is a very sweet home with a very spacious feel to it. The skylights and high ceilings really open the place up. It has a relaxing and calm feel about it. Almost like going into another dimension from the nearby moderately busy street.

My favorite thing besides the great use of 2,122 sq. ft. was the 2-sided fireplace between two rooms. I’ve always liked that effect. The kitchen is spacious and gracious. Each bedroom is off one main hallway. The master bath is really big with an unusual twist…the toilet is in a room (more like a closet) by itself. It gave me the feeling of being in Europe where they have water closets (W.C.).

There is no front yard to speak of and a very small back yard with a nice little lawn. If living space is where you want to spend most of your time rather than gardening then this place is ideal. There is nearby construction starting on the railroad tracks and it’s overcrossing on Washington Blvd. It is definitely a proposed improvement for Fremont.
