Fremont: Do We Or Don’t We?
If I moved into 5640 Dewey Pl. I would want to do some fixing up. It has had some improvements but I feel it could use a little more tender loving care. I would start with the kitchen cupboards. I would spruce them up a little bit. There are some other things I would want to do but all-in-all this 1,232 sq. ft. is ready for someone to move in based on improvements already made.
Some of the hardwood flooring is the real thing and some is laminate. There are no neighbors in back because of public easement. Priced at $599,880 more improvements can be afforded, or not. It’s up to you. I definitely think it is worth looking at especially as a starter home.
