Fremont: I’m the Wanderer

There seems to be a common thread to most Fremont homes: Does it have a good view of Mission Peak? The house at 530 Scott St. does!

This 5 bdrm/4 bath home has uniquely utilized the 2,220 sq. ft. it occupies on a 6,426 sq. ft. lot. For $1,020,888 the rooms in this home ramble everywhere. There are 3 — count them, 3 — common living room areas. I can see myself needing a sign stating “you are here” to help me find my family. That can be good and bad. Mostly fun. It is well-maintained and ready to move in. There is a storage building in the large backyard that has a loft. Perhaps it could serve as a common meeting area if anyone gets lost. All kidding aside, this home has lots to offer. It’s even in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac. I say check it out!

An afterthought…I think I would like a house on Mission Peak that has a good view of Fremont! I’ll keep you posted.
