Fremont: Look Left, Then Right
There hasn’t been an open house at 42300 Blacow Rd. yet. I always check because I drive by it 4-5 times a week.
The homes in this part of the Irvington District were built in the 50′s and are your typical fare for tract homes then. Looking at the internal pictures on the flyer for this 3-bed, 1.5 bath, $579,950 corner home it looks to be well-maintained.
I would suggest it as a family home except for the intersection where it is located. The corner of Blacow Rd. and Roberts Rd. is, in my extensive experience with this 2-way stop intersection, scary. I would have to keep my young-uns and pets under a very watchful eye. Can’t the city just add 2 more stop signs here for goodness-sakes?
