Remodeling Fever?

If you are looking for, or have purchased, a fixer-upper, then you best head to the 26th Annual Peninsula Home and Garden Show this weekend (February 23-25) at the San Mateo Expo Center. This is the place to be; for ideas, to see the latest products, and to get free advice.

This year’s theme “Going Greener” features more than 35,000 square feet of garden exhibits alone, in addition to hundreds of home improvement/consumer goods exhibitors in the Expo Hall showcasing their latest products to help you with any project, large or small.

If you are in the market for the most efficient dual-pane windows, an ecological wood floor, the fanciest of bathroom sinks, or a new fireplace, this is the place to be. Tie on your comfiest walking shoes and wander through the Redwood Hall featuring the Spa Expo, the Outdoor Mall and the Garden Hall with exhibits and ideas for your yard, and the Home Improvement Hall where you can find just about anything you could possibly need.
