I had a friend who used to live in Sunset Pointe. His house and the nearby Costco was a stopping point on our trips to Stinson Beach in Marin. It’s a nice neighborhood filled with entry level luxury cars. The neighborhood though, like the cars that populate it, is eerily silent and devoid of any personality. Today’s most clicked property, at $649,000 or $383 per square feet, will sell quickly. The original owner has owned the property since 1997.

The commute to the city isn’t as bad as you might think. It’s similar to a Berkeley commute to San Francisco. This section of I-580 moves quickly. I-80 is always slow but with FasTrak you should be ok.

STATS:
Price: $649,000

Beds/Baths: 3/3
Square feet: 1,695
Last sale price: $247,500 (1997)
