Berkeley/Oakland: Knowledge is All
It always helps to have insider information when considering whether to buy a home.
With this in mind it would be remiss of me not to mention that a helpful commentator on this blog has offered to share the findings of an inspection report they had done on a home I wrote about a few days ago.
The court date for this probate house on the Berkeley Oakland border (near Cole Coffee, purveyors of the city’s best cappuccinos in my humble opinion) is April 24.
