Seriously, it’s a tidy neighborhood, located on a quiet cul de sac, one block from the Monta Loma Elementary School. Given that a similar, well-maintained house across the street just sold for about $800k, I’d say you have some bargaining room here, and the realtor suggested that the owners might pay for the $3,500 bathroom plumbing fixes and new paint.
