This property at 1708 Kentucky would be a great family home, being within walking distance to an elementary school, a middle school, and Woodside Plaza shopping area. It is also less than a mile to the high school and within 2 miles and easy access to Highway 280. Located in the middle of a quiet block, this 57-year-old rancher has a 1,650sf footprint, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living/dining combo, kitchen and family room. There is a nice back yard off the family room with covered patio and grass area for kids to play and to entertain.

The kitchen was in need of an update, having older counters, cabinets and appliances. Beyond the kitchen is the large family room with hardwood floors, corner freestanding fireplace/stove, and sliding doors to the back yard.
