It&#039;s also on a good stretch of Hillegass, between Stuart and Russell, with largely single-family homes rather than student accommodation (not that I have anything against students of course!).

		<description>Tracy - drove by this house on hillegass and looks interesting. question for you - a while back you had reviewed a house on benvenue that was very large (6 beds I think) and ended up selling for about $1M (which I think is substantially less that what this house is listed for). You described that the Benvenue house was in a very studenty area close to campus. would you also characterize this house in the same way or do you think that this part of Hillegass is generally quieter?
