Berkeley: No Time To Dally With Summer In the Air
A normal week will produce a handful of “Coming Soon” listings for Berkeley.
But spring/summer fever has evidently set in and nobody wants to wait around. “I want to buy now, now, now darn it” is the mantra of the moment.
So, just the one “Coming Soon” to report here, but boy what an intriguing one:
I can’t wait to set eyes on this 5-bedroom Maybeck home at 2601 Derby Street with attached “rustic” cottage priced at $1,595,000 (pictured above). It has its first open on June 17. This might be “the one” for me. I love Maybeck and I love the location in The Elmwood. See you there!
