Fremont & Milpitas: New Condos

I find it very intriguing that not only is there several houses cropping up for sale in the East Bay lately but a heck of a lot of houses have been on the market for over 100 days. And homeowners are cutting prices left and right to get their homes to sell. And yet, throughout this madness there are new housing developments cropping up.

It is similar to the phenomenon of office buildings that once housed booming businesses that are now empty and yet new buildings are being built right next to the empty buildings. What the heck is going on? It makes no sense to me folks!

  • The current financial crisis has a great impact on the housing sector, which is looking sicker by the day.The market will take time to overcome the economic crisis. Challenges are there but with some smart moves, homebuilders are trying to hold their position in the market and one such strategy is lowering prices of the houses by building smaller and cheaper homes. It is nothing but ways to overcome the crisis.
