Home Auctions – Coming Soon!

There is always money to be made on foreclosures, no matter the condition of the market. While many of the homes offered in this manner are not in great condition, are sold As-Is, and may not be available for inspection, if you know your area, a bargain can be had. It is not always easy to find bank repossessions and auctions in the Bay Area, but there is one company offering regular auctions in the Bay Area (as well as Sacramento and Modesto).     Auction is on Sunday, June 24th, not Saturday. Saturday in Sacramento, Sunday in San Mateo and Monday in Modesto.
