Palo Alto: New $1M Listings
Here’s a list of this week’s newly listed houses in the shark-infested waters between $900K and $1.5M. Anyone looking in this range may want to drive by these properties early, during the Palo Alto realtor tours on Friday mornings from 9:30 am to 1pm.
I’ve also noticed that some Desperately Seeking Starter Home shoppers post “Wanted” notices on Craigslist, which is not a bad idea.
