Palo Alto: Sale by Owners 7-12-07
Some ingenious programmer named ‘Paul’ created this nifty new website called www.HousingMaps.com that lets you search for rentals or sale-by-owner homes on CraigsList through a visual Google Maps interface. (What a great way to meet other people who hate to pay large real estate commissions.)
I just used this tool to dig up some Sale-by-Owner Palo Alto listings that you won’t find on the Multiple Listing Service:
