Green Home Tour

Build It Green offers periodic home tours in the Bay Area. The upcoming San Francisco tour will feature seven green-built and remodeled homes that showcase innovative techniques and products. You will have the opportunity to see firsthand a wide variety of green features, including:

• Solar hot water and solar electric systems
• Radiant floor heating
• Bamboo and cork flooring
• Recycled glass countertops
• Salvaged and sustainably harvested woods
• Green roofs and graywater system
• Dual-flush toilets and much more!

The next tour is scheduled for Sunday, September 23rd from 10 am to 5 pm. The cost is $20. The fee provides you with a Tour Guidebook, which is your admission ticket into each home. Information on purchasing guidebooks is available here.
