Berkeley: Homes That Won’t Sell — The Top 5
Us folks at Redfin love data — league tables, graphs, trend analyses, bar charts: the more the merrier as far as we are concerned. All information about the home market is good information.
So I have compiled a little table today to highlight which Berkeley homes have been listed on Redfin for the longest time.
A lengthy tenure on Redfin can either mean the house is just too awful and should be avoided at all costs; or it could have some “issues” which may turn off some buyers but represent “exciting challenges” for others; or, possibly, there’s a great house there with a seller so eager to sell he or she will make all sorts of concessions — including a price reductions — so that you can snap it up.
Only way to find out is to go visit.
