Coming Soon: Lofty Eichler in Palo Alto
This modified Eichler at 1630 Channing looks like it’d be a good family house, and it’s a hop, skip, and jump away from Duveneck, one of the best elementary schools in Palo Alto. It’s impossible to take a decent picture of this house, because of all the shrubbery and angled windows, but it appears to have some interesting spaces inside.
I’m still waiting to hear from the listing agent at Zane MacGregor on the listing price. In the meantime, it might be worth a drive by, before it gets put on the Multiple Listing Service. Homes in the Duveneck school district have been selling in less than a week. You can see how close it is to the school in this aerial photo.
