Redwood City: Palomar Oaks Revisited

Back in May I wrote about a new home development in Redwood City. Located off Edgewood Road, Palomar Oaks is a new gated community consisting of high-end, executive-style homes. Each house measures over 3600 square feet, and has a minimum of 4 bedrooms. Phase I of these homes, consisting of 5 units, was put on the market while under construction, so DOM is a bit misleading. It is anticipated that all construction will be complete this fall, with some already finished and ready to move in to. Meanwhile, given the market, the builders have repriced all of the units that have been for sale for over 100 days.
