SF: Home Sales for the Week
I did notice less sales overall this week (take a look at the entire record here) but not much of a dip in prices fetched. Here you see a snapshot of sale prices, addresses sold, and square footage as well as number of rooms when the info is made public. As usual, SF seems—for the most part—to be floating comfortably above the sea of real estate market chaos.
