SF: The Rumor Mill
Consider 755 Sanchez Street for a moment. Two bedrooms. One bath. 920 square feet.
Its listing price of $1,084,000 might strike you as a tad on the high side. Maybe even more than a tad (2 tads, anyone?).
In its defense, it’s located in a great part of Dolores Heights and has amazing views and an entire undeveloped floor ready to be built out. So, maybe the price tag isn’t that outrageous.
Well, according to some rumors floating around over at the Front Steps, an agent put an offer in “waaay” over the asking price and ended up in the middle of a pack of 10 buyers. He guesses it will go off the market for a price as high as $1,350,000.
We will definitely keep an eye on this one.
