SF: Today’s Open House Picks
There are quite a few interesting looking new listings open in SF this weekend. Below are a few picks that are open for the first time today:

Cheap Condo Option: 21 Parsons St. #A near USF/Golden Gate Park
0/1, 539 sf. $299,000 Open Today 2-4
Notes: Tiny but newly (though not necessarily tastefully) remodeled. Cheapest new listing this week.

Break (or rob) the Bank Option: 3325 Jackson in Presidio Heights
4/4.5, $3,995,000 Open Today 2-4
Notes: the most expensive new listing this week. Looks like it could use some updating, but huge and in a great location.

Budget Single Family Home Option: 451 34th Ave. in Richmond
2/1, 975 sf. $799,000 Open Today 1-4
Notes: the best looking new property for under $800k this week. Small, but appears to maximize use of space with a good layout. Nice looking backyard, complete with pond.

Red Bellied Tudorbethian Option: 69 Waller in Hayes Valley
3/2, 2,174 sf. $1,149,000 Open Today 2-4
Notes: not really new – it spent about 90 days on the market previously (at $100k less, oddly enough) before taking a little break – but it’s back and it looks like a really interesting “mini-mansion”. Credit to SocketSite for the tudorbethian moniker.
