Berkeley: Good News For A Monday Morning
Price reductions — just the sort of news to warm a buyer’s heart (and bones on what is forecast to be a rainy day):
2526 California — a 2/1 Craftsman now on at $595,000.
1320 Martin Luther King Jr Way: a 2/2 two-level detached condo home. Down to $668,000
10 Maryland Avenue: a 3+/2 level-in traditional. Reduced to $849,000.
3040 Buena Vista Way: a 4/4.5 contemporary with views (pictured above) which I mentioned on October 3. It has had a 10% price cut from $1,595,000 to $1,495,000. (I really like to look of this house, although I’m judging it only by its photos. Why isn’t it selling?)
