Berkeley & Oakland: Market Snapshots
Time for a quick overview of the Berkeley and Oakland home markets, courtesy of Yahoo.
When I last posted this information three months ago, there were 164 homes for sale in Berkeley and 127 foreclosures. The same numbers for Oakland were 1,798 and 1,424. (The fact that the foreclosures figures haven’t changed strikes me as fishy — are they not being updated?)
