Upper Rockridge: Contemporary With Green Kudos
I spotted this dramatic-looking home the other week when I was driving through upper Rockridge and was intrigued. Although it had a For Sale sign outside, I couldn’t find the listing.
Now I discover it is to be open this Sunday, October 7th, and I may well go along to see it because it claims to be the ultimate in “eco chic” — it’s the first Green-Point rated SFR in Oakland — and it certainly makes a statement architecturally.
It’s a 3/2.5 and looks to be very well appointed with luxurious, albeit green, fixtures and fittings. Its asking price is $1,650,000. See you there?
