Falling, Falling: Mid-Pen Price Reductions Reduced

No, there is not an echo in here. Fall has brought falling prices, 19 during the week of September 23-30. And 9 of the price reductions are second timers, meaning they had already been reduced once before. The average price reduction is up to around 5%, with our highestdown house Falling, Falling: Mid Pen Price Reductions Reduced reduction being 11%, and the low at 1%. Not as many anxious sellers this time around though, only 4 of the price reductions occurred on homes on the market less that one month. Here are the listings with multiple reductions:
