Oakland Open Homes: A Trio of Neighborhoods

This Sunday there are a number of open homes in an area where Glenview, Crocker Highlands and parts of Piedmont intersect. Here’s a map of the area with each open house mapped as a letter. Before your tour, I recommend getting brunch at Blackberry Bistro in Glenview. Yummy.

  • Thanks for your comment Dan. I noticed that this house is now off the market. Whether it is pending or getting a price makeover remains to be seen.

the one in piedmont on trestle glen has been on the market *forever*.. we saw it back in april or so. don't know if the owners are unmotivated and won't drop their price further, or if buyers are just not interested in it because of its various flaws. i wonder if anyone has put in an offer.
