Inventories appear to be leveling off in the South Bay, which is to be expected during the fall and winter months.   There are a total of 17 open houses in the Cupertino area this weekend, with sale prices ranging from $638K for a townhouse, to $3.1M for a canyon-side mansion. 

My picks for the weekend include:

This property has five bedrooms, four baths and 10 acres overlooking Montebello Creek.  It has a very unusual looking facade, with large white pillars and a white roof framing a peach colored exterior.  It is 3641 square feet with separate in-law quarters, and is offered at $1.74995 M.  

This is a Mediterranean style home with high ceilings, five bedrooms, three baths, and 2356 square feet of living space.  It is located in the prestigious Collins Elementary school district.  It is priced in the middle of the range, at $1.298M. 

This two bedroom two bath townhome located in a cheery complex features 1060 square feet of living space, and a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops.  It has a private patio, and balcony off the master bedroom, as well as an attached 2 car garage.  Offered at $658k, it is a lower cost way to send your children to Collins Elementary!
