Pay Off Your Mortgage Early?
I just ran across some thought provoking ideas about paying off a house mortgage faster. My big brother did this and now owns his beautiful Santa Rosa home outright. That has got to be a great feeling. But remember to thoroughly run through the numbers before you do this to make sure it is advantageous to you. For instance, a large percentage of homeowners don’t plan on living in their house for 30+ years so is it really a good idea to pay it off early?
